With determination and a drive for success, Ryan joined a sales team in LA that emphasized growth and personal development. Within a short span of 18 months, he not only exceeded expectations but also earned a promotion to the role of Market Director. This achievement fueled Ryan's vision to create an environment where individuals could flourish and reach their full potential.
Motivated by his own experiences, Ryan founded Calypso Collab Co. with a clear mission: to foster growth and development for each member of the talented team, both personally and professionally. Drake Beasley, originally from Phoenix but having relocated to California at a young age, has embraced a journey of personal and professional growth. His upbringing in various parts of Los Angeles was enriched by a deep passion for football, which played a significant role in his formative years. While attending Boise State, Drake pursued studies in business, and more recently, he has delved into the realms of animation and cinematography at Pasadena City College.
With a desire to transcend his previous role in retail at JCPenney, Drake actively sought opportunities for advancement. His determination led him to a pivotal moment when he interviewed with the firm's president, who recognized his potential and invited him to join the Calypso Collab Co. team. Thrilled to be part of the dynamic process at Calypso Collab Co., Drake is eager to contribute to the company's growth.
